Recipe for Mango Shake

Here is a recipe for a delicious Mango Shake:


1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup of milk
2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
A few ice cubes

Cut the mango and remove the flesh from the seed. Cut it into small cubes and set aside.
In a blender, add the mango cubes, milk, vanilla ice cream, sugar (if using), and a few ice cubes.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the shake is too thick, add more milk to thin it out.
Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
Pour the mango shake into a glass and serve immediately.
Optional: You can also add a pinch of cardamom powder or a few strands of saffron to the shake to give it an extra flavor boost.
